Slow file writing on CG50 after ptune4 mistake

I think I made a mistake and may have partially broken my CG50. I was running ptune4 0.6 in SHIFT+F5 mode and was testing that, but only had a couple games, so I decided to transfer over Super Mario 3D. But, in my haste, I forgot to reset the calculator first, so I was still overclocked. The transfer hung and I had to unplug the USB cable to stop it. Then I reset the calculator. After that writing to disk (for example saving in Duvet) takes several seconds (whereas it used to be nearly instant), and file transfers to the calculator are extremely slow.

I've heard about filesystem problems that can eventually lead to a situation where writing is no longer possible. Am I headed in that direction? Can I fix this?

Hmm, sticky situation. You can try a reset or low-level reset (turn off, OPTN + x10^ + AC/ON, 5, 9, 6, 3, Filesystem, Fugue API, Low-Level Format). But I don't know if this will make things better or worse.

Thank you so much, Lephe! ❤️ The System app Reset didn't fix the problem (I chose the Add-ins and Storage option), but the Low-Level Format fixed it! Immediately after doing the LLF I pressed the reset button on the back of the calculator, just in case.

Phew, glad it worked out. This is certainly a category of issues I wouldn't miss if we just didn't have them.
