Hi Atrt7! We don't have any such technique in store. I can't personally say it's not possible due to limited insight into actual hardware, but it's the first time I've heard of it.
However, you can still use gdb with the emulator (topic here) and I'm hopeful we can do that soon on the calc via USB communication, which is available with all common SDK/libraries.

Ah yes I have just seen your recent updates with gint and the usb driver! I have to say it's very funny to see these calculators being used as external monitors! I think that is a much more practical solution for debugging if it's possible, but because I have a few calculators to spare and a JTAGulator I will try to see what I can accomplish!
