Hello,
Have you tried to change the batteries ?

Have you tried both the AC/ON and the RESET button on the back? Does it display anything on the screen? Can you wake up the calculator by connecting a USB cable wired to a PC?

Hi. Could mean the OS was corrupted. Happened to me too on the french Graph 35+E II when testing KhiCAS in 2019
Try to :
- simultaneously hold the 3 keys [OPTN] [EXP] [AC/ON]
- without releasing any of them (and without pressing any other key), press and release the reset button on the back
Do you get anything on the screen ? You should get an "OS Error" message.
I've reproduced the same steps here on my Graph 35+E II, the french equivalent for the fx-9860GIII.

How could KhiCAS corrupt the OS anyway?

I did tried
- simultaneously hold the 3 keys [OPTN] [EXP] [AC/ON]
- without releasing any of them (and without pressing any other key), press and release the reset button on the back
and also tried
-connecting a USB cable wired to a PC
-press AC/ON and the RESET button
but none of them work, get nothing on the screen

I don't know how, but in my case it did write to the Flash when crashing on a result.
And at that time no Graph 35+E II OS update was available, so my calculator was stuck for weeks.
